I can not express how absolutely wonderful this visit was! Veronica was amazing, kept it lighthearted and I was nervous since I have never used Target Optical. I have a weird sense of humor when i'm nervous and she relaxed me entirely by joking back and I felt like I was in a room with a best friend. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I am sorry to not remember the gentleman and woman's name that worked out front. The help and encouragement of picking out a new, more trendy frame that was completely different than what I had was terrifying and she made it fun. I found the perfect frame so quickly and she made me feel like having a wider head was normal 😆....read full review

I gave Target Optical a try after having called or visited 4 other companies. When I arrived, I witnessed exceptional customer service with an elderly customer and another customer that were there before me. They both left satisfied, then it was my turn. I was asked a few questions about my needs and was shown a few selections without delay. The service was professional and smooth from beginning to end. Great Job Rick!

I don't visit Target very often, but I will shop Target more because you treated me with respect.
