“Called Sentinel because I had a big hornets nest on the back of my house. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and gave me a price estimate. Within that week a technician named Greg showed up right on time and in a matter of minutes got to work and got the nest sprayed. He said to check it in a couple of days and if I still noticed activity around the nest to call back. I waited 3 days and still noticed a few around the nest so called back and talked to Greg and he was able to come by right away and respray. That seemed to do the trick and eliminated the remaining hornets. When I received their bill in the mail the charge was at the lowest end of the price range estimate I was given on the phone so I was very happy about that. All in all I am very pleased with their service and would use them again in the future!“
