I went to Gailey for the first time since I switched insurance and my eye doctor didn't take it. Hands down the best provider!!! She spend so much time with me and listened to my concerns. Not to mention she already had an idea what was going on just by everything her tech had did with me and the paperwork I filled out.. when I tell you she did more testing and exams on me then my old old eye doctor ever had and explained everything. She gave me my diagnosis and said this is what we are going to need to do and then see me back in one month. I recently had LASIK performed at the Bloomington location. My prescription was nearing legal blindness and I was apprehensive but very interested in the idea that I could wake up and see without effort after spending so many years in contacts. Lexi helped to guide me through my questions and steps associated with the procedure and process. This office has a great online footprint and you can watch videos about the procedure and get to know some of the staff prior to making a commitment.I am now 3 months out and LASIK was the best health decision I've made! Highly recommend this place, their staff, Lexi, Dr A and Dr O (Springfield location)!
