So many reasons I will be back! 1. They will schedule all of my families appointments back to back(last place refused to do this so I found premier). 2. Today I went in for my daughter's re-check and I showed up on the wrong day (sorry) but they squeezed us in. 3. My daughter (8) was a bit difficult (2nd day back to school and transitions are very difficult for her as well as having to socialize all day) but the Dr was amazing with her. 4. When it came time to wait for one of the office staff to finish up with another customer they had coloring pages, crayons, and stickers at the ready for my 3 kids. 5. At our last appointment we all had eye exams including my nonverbal 4 year old. The tech and doctor were both patient and we were able to work together to find unique ways to test his vision! 6. Of course Bentley!
Dr. Kane and staff (and Bentley🐾) were very friendly and welcoming. I appreciate that Dr. Kane gave me a thorough exam, listened to my concerns, and was communicative, respectful, and did not rush me out of there like many doctors do. As a nervous Nelly with problematic vision in one eye, I had a very good experience with my first eye exam! Thank you Premier! *Also, my husband was in few weeks ago for new prescription glasses, and we love his new frames and we are relieved that he can see better!!
I can’t say enough about how great my visit was. The entire staff was so welcoming…I felt like I had been visiting forever! I’ve been wearing glasses/contacts for 18ish years and I’ve never had contacts fit my eyes so well. They were so thorough and made everything so easy! 11/10!
