I came in today as a walk-in for a pedicure and had a great experience. The young lady who helped me did an amazing job—she took her time cleaning up around my nails, asked thoughtful questions throughout the service to make sure I was happy, and really paid attention to detail. As a former hairstylist, I can tell when someone is skilled and cares about their work, and she truly did. I left very satisfied and will definitely be back!
I went to about 5 different nail salons seeing if they would still take me in even if they close early, since i have graduation tomorrow they all said they were done for the day.. but when I called zen nails sunny picked up and was the only one there, but she still took me in!!! she provided excellent service and didn’t rush at all even though I got there a little late, she is the most sweetest and genuine person!! i will definitely be getting my nails done again by her. this place is so lovely
I’ve been a few times already and had a great experience each time. I go with the regular nail polish that is $10 extra because it stays on longer. I enjoy the manis and pedis so much. She did an excellent job. I enjoy the mini hand and shoulder massage too. I usually go to a salon 5 min from me but I’ve been going here because it feels more quality! :)
