“This is a REFLEXOLOGY massage. All of these reviews are complaining about how reflexology is. This isn’t a day spa, you’re not going on a vacation. They are providing the service of tending to your stiff muscles and stimulating your lymphatic system. If you want a relaxing paradise vacation, go spend $200 at Hand and Stone and don’t taint these folks reputation because you can’t manage your expectations. They do an incredible job and it’s a very thorough and intense massage. 10/10 will be coming back.“

I am very happy with the botox, potenza, icoone, VI peels and hair laser treatments that I have received and continue to find other treatments that not only make me beautiful but also make me feel beautiful! I also recommend getting a massages and the vitamin D and B shots or IV drips to help make you feel your best! I really enjoy all the staff who are very knowledgeable and professional. They answer all my questions and make the experience feel luxurious!“

She has a soft touch but is firm when needed.I’ve had treatments for myself and my teenagers. She keeps our skin glowing and looking its best. “I went for my first time to Bianca at her new location, 5715 W Irving Park Rd just now. She made me a customized lemon facial and talked me through my concerns. She was so gentle and I was so relaxed. My skin is glowing and I cannot wait for my next one. She asked me during if I was ok and comfortable many times. I told her I THOUGHT I had had a facial before, but after that with Bianca, I realized I never really had one before her! I literally told her when leaving "thank you for making me feel so beautiful"“

“Paulina is the only person allowed to wax me... Ok I lied. If it's an emergency her sister is also very good but I've been going to Paulina for two decades. So she's always my "go to". Do not even mess around with any other waxing spa. They have been in the business longer than anyone else. I drive all the way from downtown Chicago (because originally they were in water tower). Hands down the ONLY place to go for a Brazilian wax. I would drive two hours if I had to... I hope she stays in business forever because I'll just end up growing a 70s bush before I go to anyone else.“

“Honestly I was suspicious about all the 5 star reviews. There is always someone that complains. There is no way they can have 5 stars without buying reviews or suppressing bad reviews. Well, I just got out from a 60 min Swedish massage and I can guarantee that this place is as good as everyone is saying it is. They deserve more than 5 stars.I have a high stress job so I have chronic pain and tension. This is the first time in years I have felt this good. I highly recommend this place! They have excellent customer service and even better massage services. If you give this place a try, you will not regret it.“

My hair is silky soft, and there were so many unique elements to the experience, from the different types of and tools for massage, high quality products for cleaning the scalp, and even a steaming machine to really open the follicles. “Everyone was nice here except one young nail technician. She had a really bad attitude and ruined the whole experience for us. She acted as if she was being forced to do nails (like it was painful). What was even worse was she sneezed into her gloves and then proceeded to apply lotion to the feet using the same gloves she sneezed in. She basically spread sneeze juice all over the foot along with the lotion. Gross!!! Too bad, because everyone else was sweet and went above and beyond!!!“
