I got an estimate for replacing the roof on my house and garage. The estimate was far less than the estimate I received from a large, national company. Less than half. Lakeland did my brothers house recently and the quality of work was great, so it was an easy choice. They did NOT disappoint. The crew worked fast and the new roofs look awesome. For the first time in years I won't have to worry about incoming storms. They also did a great job at cleaning up...like they were never there. I highly recommend anyone needing exterior work done to consider Lakeland for the job. From the start of the process till the end, they were easy and friendly to work with.

I went with this company after another contractor tried ripping me off. Lakeland was not the cheapest but they did work with me on the price. Ultimately, I chose Lakeland Exteriors because the owner was very responsive and trustworthy. My new roof looks great. I strongly recommend Lakeland Exteriors. They definitely deserve a 5 star rating!
