This might be an unusual review since we did not use Jeff's services. The pitch of our gutters was out of whack and they were not draining properly. I explained this to him in a phone call and mentioned that the gutters were custom and made with the same material as our standing seam metal roof. Jeff was up front that he was not likely to be able to work on such gutters. Nevertheless, he graciously took the time to come over and assess the situation.
