I recently visited this Ulta Beauty while on a quick trip to the US from Toronto. On my way back, I was in a rush to catch my flight back home, and I needed to find some products for my fiancé that aren’t available back home. Gianna was an absolute lifesaver! She immediately understood what I was looking for and helped me find everything in record time. This really helped me save ample time to catch my flight. Yesterday I was at Ulta and met this wonderful lady Kathrin. Kathrin went above and beyond to assist me. I came into Ulta looking for my concealer which I believe is discontinued as I can’t find it anywhere. Kathrin went out of her way to help me find a match for my skin with a different brand. She assisted me with so many other products and made me some samples to try at home. She is very knowledgeable about the products, she is patient, kind and super helpful.
