I have been to several MR locations in the Chicago area/burbs + in Texas. The Skokie location easily stands apart from the others. From the top down, all employees in Skokie are stellar. From the manager Brittney, the colorists, and assistants - they're all really good at what they do. They're all professional, very pleasant attitudes, and happy to answer questions & assist with products no matter how many times you ask them. I know it sounds basic, but not all salons can pull it together. Great experience & treatment each visit. Staying here.

I love my color at Madison Reed. I have been coloring my hair for a long time, and this is the only place where the color does not fade. Their membership plan lets me color my roots as often as I want too!

Love the Skokie location! Need my roots covered at least once a month and you can’t beat the membership prices. The colorists are fast and knowledgeable about the products used. I love not only having to cover my own roots.
