While our master bathroom shower remodeling project was small compared to other projects Villa Construction & Development does, they made us feel as if our project was top priority. Exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, cleanup every day as the work was done. Protective plastic and covering for the bathroom floor, bedroom and stairs was thoughtfully placed. The owner came by regularly to check on progress and kept making additional suggestions to enhance the project, but wouldn't make it any additional cost. The automated estimate and billing also is very convenient. The owner, workers and office manager are all highly professional and show uncommon care for the project.“
