I did get some good deals, shopping on New Year's Day. Wich I was happy to get. Only thing I think they can improve on. Was getting more help in the store. There was hardly anyone working in the store to help customers.
Went to photo studio for family Christmas pics. The line is long, and the area was packed. This department hasn't changed a bit since I took my kids there 35 years ago. Small and cramped, nowhere to hang coats and very few seats.. very packed and cramped. You would think, in all these years, they would have figured this out and improved the area to be a bit more comfortable to accommodate the crowds.. apparently not.
I had the pleasure of Checking out with EMBER!!! A must shout out for awesome customer service. Ember Greeted me at the register asked if I found everything I was looking for asked if I had a JCPennys card and saved me 20% off my purchase. Now that is exceptional customer service with the smile… An outstanding employee for sure!!! Job well done.Thank you EMBER For making my shopping experience pleasurable!! You are a keeper.
