So I visited the Schaumburg store Tuesday and was helped by a young woman with the best customer service I’ve seen in years. Her name was Crystal and she exemplified what customer service should be like. She overheard me talking to another associate, asking about a specific product and explaining that I haven’t really used makeup before, and that associate kindly pointed me in the right direction to find what I came in looking for. Roberto helped me narrow down my search for some new colognes. He was very knowledgeable of the different brands from fresh scents to seasonal scents etc. Ended up going with Armani's I Will. Thanks for helping me out, Roberto.

Store is good. I purchased the foundation for my wife but it did not match the colour. So I requested for return and they accepted without any questions. Even though I was international tourist they created account with email (which is mandatory as per Ulta company) and accepted returns.
