“Martin and his team did an AMAZING job on my house along with my Brother in laws house. Martin was quick to give us an estimate on what we needed and the price was very fair compared to others. He had built me a pad for our shed and had a great idea to wrap it with dirt so my wife can plant flowers around the shed. He also build us a pad I needed and also another pad for my brother in laws house. Everything is straight as an arrow and level. Couldn't be happier with his work and attention to detail!! “We had a very large pool project and Buhrman Design Group did an extraordinary job. Marion, the designer was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Felt like he was family by the end of the project. Rod, then took all the ideas and his crew put the plan into action and it was spectacular. The plants they chose were great, the walls they built look fantastic, they laid sod and seed, and even fixed the construction road and rebuilt a few existing rock walls. “We have lived in several homes in Chicagoland over the years. MC Landscaping has been taking care of our lawn and gardens for decades. Since working with this company I have never had to hire a landscape architect. Mr. Cordova is extremely knowledgeable about all IL plants, flowers and trees. He knows what will work where and he knows why. We once built a home on an empty lot, with a pool and spa. Without any other help MC Landscaping turned it into paradise with a stone retaining wall on one end of the pool and a beautiful pergola next to it. There were lovely walkways and paths around the property. His stonework is incredible. He installed beautiful trees and hundreds of plants and flowers. It looked like it had been there for years. My friends raved about my flower gardens. But, MC Landscaping, for all of their skill, experience and creativity, has always charged fair rates. As the president of a NFP I required several bids for work to be done on the grounds and he won the bid, with unanimous agreement from the board. The staff at MC Landscaping is top notch as well. They also bring the most amazing compost for my vegetable and flower gardens. Things have been growing like crazy. He even brings sand for my chicken run and stones for my duck run. That is dedication! Now that we have just moved away from IL I thought it was high time I wrote a review on this company, the owner with which I have such a wonderful rapport. “I needed to repair a recirculating fountain with an underground reservoir in front of my home. No other company was willing to even come out to look at the job. Alan ( the owner of Midwest Pond Design) promptly called me and looked at pictures then set up an appointment to check out the problem the following day. He was very knowledgeable, fixed the problem, cleaned up the pond / water reservoir in addition to cleaning up the surrounding landscape. “Shane Stanley and his crew from Stanley Landscapes did an amazing job of repairing and rejuvenating our old deteriorated patio and pool deck.
The two other companies we had come out for quotes wanted to rip it all out and replace it with new pavers, quoting costs from $40,000 to $50,000. Both stating they couldn’t use the same pavers we had.
Shane was able to work with what we have, making it look new for under $8,000.

“We have been working with Roberto at Salinas Landscaping since late summer 2025. It started with a yard clean up and weekly lawn service, and then Roberto kept coming up with ideas to improve our (slightly neglected) acre property and ultimately ended up installing pool coping tiles on our 1976 inground pool.

The work of Roberto and his team is immaculate - their attention to detail and clean up after making the messes big projects make before they're finished is jarring in the most pleasant way.
Roberto's transparency, candor, willingness to communicate and personal attention through each project we've worked with him on this year will keep us working with Salinas Landscaping as long into the future as they'll have us.

“Never really went to AM Woodland Facility, due to meeting them on site at our house. We trusted Christine to make the best possible choices for plants and trees for our yard given our inexperience of knowing plants and the environment they thrive in . Only thing I can complain about is they're, AM Woodland, policy of backup plans needs to be revised. I was charged for a drain they placed and failed for them to redo their mistake on their first plan. Without any discussion on how this was my fault and my responsibility on their failed first plan.
