She not only knows the technical issues needed to get the job done, but she is very proactive in regularly coming to our property to review what has been done and what needs to be done. She does not wait for me to call and tell her there is a problem with the lawn, a plant or a bush. She spots those things before I do and provides a ready, effective solution. If I want to add a plant or bush, she provides a prompt, sensible proposal. And she is very easy to deal with. Let me be clear--Scott Byron is expensive compared to the other service providers I have used. But I feel that I am getting my money's worth--a property I can be proud of, and a minimum of aggravation. If you can afford them and are not happy with your current service provider, I suggest you give them a call.“
