“As of late, Branch Manager Frank Babcock and I are getting to know each other better as we work together and straighten out wrinkles such as the severe scraping of our driveway this past Winter. He came out and he mentioned that he would instruct the snow removal crew this snow season to raise the Bobcat blade and hand shovel or snow blow the remaining couple of inches.My father of blessed memory told me you can tell the character of a person or company,not when things go well,but when there are problems and their involvement in solving such.If things go this winter as discussed I will raise a 4* rating which is excellent to possibly a 5* rating which is amazing.Incidentally, Frank was very helpful in guiding Linda and I to add plantings for our property's clay soil base. Two of the plants are not thriving and Frank immediately said he would replace them.
