“M&M fixed the soffit on my roof while there was lots of snow! First they gave me a great estimate using a drone and taking about 10 minutes. They didn’t take 3 hours like others and did not say they had to redo the whole roof at $40,000 like others only fix for 1500$. They texted when coming and I didn’t have to even be home! Number one in my book for home repairs! You can’t even tell which it was and they fixed in less than an hour! Highly recommend them!!!!!!“

“This is our first big condo renovation so we were nervous. Gezim and his team was highly recommended by a neighbor and he gave the most reasonable price among the other contractors we spoke. “Earlier this year R3 did a major kitchen and bathroom remodel for my nearly 70 year old house and the completed project exceeded my expectations.

In addition to the kitchen and bathroom remodel, R3 added a larger window, layed new flooring to the main level, opened up the family room entrance, removed a wall to enable a larger kitchen footprint, replaced the tank water heater w a tankless one, replaced galvanized piping w copper, updated the electric box, modernized the entryway stairs n railing and more.

This decision was later re-enforced with completed project and while watching R3 interact w village inspectors. Inspectors also had positive comments about R3.

Needless to say I was apprehensive at start of this big investment of a project.
Really happy with the end results which was completed in a timely manner, ~9 weeks.

James crew kept me informed, showed up as expected and cleaned up every day.

Jennifer in office could always get me an answer when James was not available and was real good at project management / communication.

Taylor was very helpful in my design decisions as she made great suggestions for the vanity, flooring and especially the kitchen cabinets and backsplash.

R3 has a continuously learning, trustworthy group of workers and are a pleasure to work with.

R3 also has a reliable/quality extended "family" of contacts with Abt, certified electrician, painter, plumber, hvac and cleaning service in addition to their crew.

R3 welcomed feedback and wanted to please. If something wasn't quite right, R3 corrected it in a timely manner. ex. niche in shower had to be reworked.

I plan to use them for future projects.“
