James came out to give us a detailed quote and when we were ready to begin, the process was seamless, timely, and stayed in our budget. We loved meeting with Jennifer, Taylor, and James to discuss and choose the design we wanted. We met multiple times, so I never felt out of the loop about anything that would be happening in my home.Throughout the process, we were in constant contact with Jennifer.
