I can’t say enough about Dave and AllTrade Home Services. He does phenomenal work at a great price point.He was referred to us by my parents (my sister and brother-in-law have also depended on Dave for small and large projects) and we would never consider hiring anyone else. All 3 of our families have only had good experiences with Dave.After taking care of all our homes for years, Dave is pretty much family. We recently had bought a new house and needed our sink replaced. We called some companies and they gave crazy prices for work they said would be done in 3 hours (ha, yeah, sure). I went on Nextdoor and found out Dave was local, and called him, and it was definitely the right call. Dave was not only one of the friendliest guys I've ever spoken too, but his attention to detail and his "above and beyond" attitude got a leak fixed, an almost impossible kitchen sink installed single handedly, power back in our kitchen outlets, and he even helped us with a few other problems around the house, all while having friendly banter about the neighborhood. I needed the kitchen faucet replaced before a family party. I couldn’t get the old one off and was running out of time. I contacted Dave and he came over when he said he was going to and finished the job much faster than I could have. Great communication via text. Thanks for being so responsive Dave!
