I've had multiple types of balayage coloring done at the salon and it's always perfect. Haircuts are are amazing as well and any hair treatments that I've had done always leave my hair feeling healthy and shiny. “I have been looking for a new nail salon since moving back to IL. I had one completely disregard what I wanted. At Tip Nails, Kathy greeted me right away. She looked at my nails for a few minutes to make sure she saw how they were done wrong, not shaped to coffin, and the thickness. She listened to me as I asked if we could get them cut down a little and more in the Coffin shape I was on my break from work, but was still texting for important messages. She didn’t mind waiting, talked to me throughout, and listened to every detail I shared. My nails look exactly how I wanted them, and I wasn’t charged an insanely high number. I will be going back to Kathy at Yip Nails from now on. Already got a friend that wants to come next time as well !!!Thank you so much, Kathy. You have at least two new customers for life!! “My daughters were unsure where to go for professional looking highlights and Dagmara was recommended to us several years ago. They will not go anywhere else!!! The highlights are stunning, the cut is fabulous and the atmosphere is relaxing and professional! Dagmara is truly an artist. I wish we could clone her as my daughter in law tried to get an appointment but could not, as Dagmara has a closed practice. My daughter makes her appointment several months in advance! A normal reaction is to look into something before you make a judgement about someone you know nothing about!“

“I cannot say enough good things about this place. I walked in and was immediately greeted by both owners, despite how busy they were. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. Mimi and Tania did my nails (I got acrylics, so Mimi applied them and Tania did the full manicure) and both were extremely detail-oriented. I mentioned how long my cuticles had gotten and they spent time making sure they were perfect. My pedicure was just as amazing - their massage chairs are so comfortable! I was so lucky to find this gem and plan on coming back often. Highly recommend!“
