I have been looking for a new nail salon since moving back to IL. I had one completely disregard what I wanted. At Tip Nails, Kathy greeted me right away. She looked at my nails for a few minutes to make sure she saw how they were done wrong, not shaped to coffin, and the thickness. She listened to me as I asked if we could get them cut down a little and more in the Coffin shape I was on my break from work, but was still texting for important messages. She didn’t mind waiting, talked to me throughout, and listened to every detail I shared. My nails look exactly how I wanted them, and I wasn’t charged an insanely high number. Absolutely amazing nail place and experience! Not only is the manager and employees amazing and super friendly, but the service is superb! One of the best quality nails I’ve ever gotten done!

I don’t normally post reviews but I love going to this salon. Discovered it by chance and it’s been my most favorite place to go since! I never leave disappointed. I normally see Kathy for my acrylic sets and she never lets me down and Andy is really sweet. She has great attention detail. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I’ve even recommended friends and family to come here to see her and they’re always happy with the results. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!!
