What a great nail salon! The talented staff are friendly and welcoming, conversational during services, and remembers my past manicures and my “likes”. Ahn makes recommendations on color and design and provides a true manicure ( as opposed to just a color change). She’s creative and artistic. Today she suggested an ombré French dip (powder)manicure for a formal event I have this weekend. I love it. I used to be a salon hopper, but now that I’ve found Starwaves, I won’t be hopping any longer.
As someone who gets a dip manicure every 3-4 weeks, I can confidently say Starwaves is the best. The quality is always consistent—perfect application, no damage to my natural nails, and it lasts until my next appointment. The team is professional, efficient, and so kind.
