Intuit had convinced me that I had no options but to transfer my Quickbooks Pro 2008 to Quickbooks Online. And, they were not positive that my data would fully transfer without issues. He not only migrated my QB 2008 data to QB 2021, but he did so flawlessly!! Zero errors!! It was an extremely detailed multi-step process that was way beyond my ability. He also helped me with other software needs that I had at the time due to switching to a new laptop. Our geographical distance was not an issue at all!
