Chad the owner was super friendly, and he does great work! He is very knowledgeable about what he does. Chad fixed a complicated BIOS/data recovery issue for me within the day! He gave me great explanation, including showing me videos of the repair when I came in. Geek Squad would've taken a week at least and been way more $$$. I highly recommend Chad from CompuFix.

I went to CompuFix with a special problem on my daughter's computer. A certain part had to be changed out and the replacement part had to fit all of the other criteria from the other computer parts. This was not an easy task because the computer was custom built.Chad worked with us closely to get a part that fit with the right criteria. He took care to choose one that was both a good price and good quality. In fact, he evaluated other parts also and improved the quality and workmanship of the computer overall. I would highly recommend him for his expertise and concern for customer needs.

Brought in my PC today which turned out to be a user error on my part and the service was great! Chad was awesome and super helpful! Chatted it up about old school PC games too! Definitely coming back here again.
