Appointment started as soon as I got there with initial eye screenings, then I saw the optometrist. Good explanations of different test options. Staff very pleasant. While not Pearle Vision's problem, there isn't handicapped parking, though the cookie and sandwich place have reserved spots.
My optician was wonderful. She took her time with helping me find the best deal for my contacts and was focused on me while never losing sense of what was going on around her. The whole office was pleasant and calm.
If you want a VIP experience look no further. This was my first time at this facility and I must say that I had a GREAT experience, the moment I walked in the door I was greeted and taken care of immediately. The staff was fast, friendly an the place is very clean. I will definitely be going back and referring to others.
