The Cremation Society of Illinois, chosen by my parents as part of their end of life planning, was an excellent choice. The CSI representatives were compassionate, helpful and efficient in a very difficult time. I highly recommend their services.
Tony and Elizabeth were kind and helpful. They contacted me right away to explain the process. When I was not able to pick up my mom’s ashes on the day they called, Tony came in on a Saturday morning so I could get them. They were also kind enough to follow up later to see how I was doing. I am grateful to The Cremation Society for being able to set up a trust for my mother’s cremation and then use it 10 years later without any problem. I highly recommend them.
