Our mother passed in March, and our father just last week. We/they opted for a direct cremation and we chose Stateline Cremations. The pricing was unbeatable, and they worked with us on options to have their urns, and some keepsakes filled. They were always professional, and supportive. They communicated effectively about the process, and when we could expect our parents returned to us. We had one hiccup when they came to receive our mothers body, though that was an issue due to communication with hospice and we do not hold it against them at all. My dad's wish was to have "no one have spend a dime on him". Well, of course that's not really an option! But, Stateline Cremations was really affordable and so compassionate when he passed suddenly. Very authentic. Not like creepy used car salesman with generic scripts. Everyone in the office, down to sweet Fiona the pup, is a pleasure to see when I needed any follow up. It's not a business one hopes to use often, but I'd definitely use Stateline Cremations again and will recommend them to my friends.
