It is a small place and I am pretty sure it's just him working there so I am a bit surprised they got me in same day. “From the very first call it was professional and compassionate. I was inquiring about a surgical procedure and the fees. I was told the Dr would call me , most likely on Monday since it was Friday. I received a call from Dr Scot Saturday morning. He spent time answering all my questions and never made me feel rushed. My dog went through her surgery and is recovery with flying colors. When we realized that her medicine wasn't going to work, and it was time for kitty to cross the rainbow bridge, the staff were professional, caring, and supportive. She lives two hours away, that should tell you something. He is very caring and compassionate and puts the animal 1st.“
