My husband and I had to unexpectedly put our German Shepherd down after a ruptured spleen. We had only taken her to Richmond Vet Clinic a few times as we moved from Oklahoma to the area, so they had not known her long. The nurse to helped us during this appointment was absolutely phenomenal. She was kind, gentle, patient, understanding and went above and beyond giving Kimber all of the love and treats. Incredible vet clinic. Super emotionally supportive, patient, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
When my cat passed, they sent me a card signed by the staff members. Additionally, they provided a paw print for free.
I would choose this clinic above all else near by, 100% of the time. I recommend this clinic to all my family and friends.
I have been visiting Dr. Fox and company for close to 15 years now and 2 generations of pets. They are fantastic. Community focused compassionate people. I’ll never go anywhere else for reasons that are not easily articulated.
