I was looking to have two project done and I reached out to McDaniel & Son Plumbing via their website and heard back from Patrick within minutes. He scheduled a time to come assess the project, gave me a very reasonable quote and I booked the work with them. He and his son Wyatt did a fantastic job. My old water shut off valve in my house would not completely shut the water off. So Patrick had me reach out to the city, schedule a time to get the water main shut off and he was here ahead of the city and had the city public works staff turn the water off and wait a handful of minutes so he could replace the valve and have them turn the water on. Patrick and his son came out the replace my hot water heater under warranty. They were extremely prompt and went to work right away. While prepping for the replacement, Patrick informed me that it wasn't a faulty tank at all, but rather the expansion tank had failed. This was the reason for the excess water in my basement. In the end, Patrick's honesty saved me $700 in labor costs! Plus, I still have two years of warranty left on my current tank in case it actually does fail. Honest people still do exist!
I feel so lucky to have found Patrick and Wyatt. It's so hard to find honest people these days that you can not only trust but do excellent work. I had a leaky shower fixed but a few days later sprung a leak in my hot water tank. Patrick called me back immediately and help me troubleshoot and then was at my house asap to replace it. I feel like they both go above and beyond. I've not only recommended them to everyone I know but I will never use anyone else. Thank you so much Patrick and Wyatt!
