Office manager Patricia is kind, caring, and professional. Nurse Taylor answers every phone call and text, puts extra effort into wound care, and is very professional. Care coordinators like Tish and Trish are welcoming, knowledgeable, and understanding. They give out their personal numbers to help with anxiety and any issues. Overall, Astra Health is described as the best home health agency by far, giving families real peace of mind. For anyone looking for a home health company that hires compassionate and skilled professionals, Astra should be the first choice.
This service was extremely convenient for me as someone who is chronically ill. I worked with Trish and Alice for a few weeks, and they gave me a lot of peace of mind apart from nursing. I was able to call/text my nurses and ask for recommendations on what to do if something came up, and I was always replied to with love and proper support. Astra Health has provided excellent care for my grandmother. Ewa and Izabella have been incredibly compassionate, patient, and professional throughout her visits. They always take the time to listen, answer questions, and make sure my grandmother feels comfortable and well cared for. From the very first visit, Zuella showed a level of compassion and professionalism that’s honestly rare in healthcare today. She doesn’t just “do the visit and leave” — she takes her time, listens to every concern, and makes sure we fully understand the care plan before she walks out the door.
