I have had a great experience working at TheKey Senior Home Care. The team is supportive, welcoming, and genuinely cares about both clients and caregivers. One thing I really appreciated was transparent about PTO and company policies. They provided professional and excellent care for my mother when I needed someone fast. Jenny Castillo met with us at our house and thoroughly explained their services. The next day she had a caregiver for my mom and they got along very well. What a relief! Thanks again Jenny!
Amazing experience with TheKey. Quick text replies, set up and coordination. Unbelievably helpful and patient managers - Jinny and Malin - and great care givers. Toyin, who helped take care of my elderly father with dementia, was beyond wonderful - warm, patient, understanding. She became part of the family.
