Amazing experience with TheKey. Quick text replies, set up and coordination. Unbelievably helpful and patient managers - Jinny and Malin - and great care givers. Toyin, who helped take care of my elderly father with dementia, was beyond wonderful - warm, patient, understanding. She became part of the family. The Key helped our family through a very tough time after our adult disabled son had an accident that left him needing plenty of Ty of day time care. Some things The Key did very well: 1) work in advance to understand our needs in order to assign the right kind of caregiver; 2) follow up regarding each caregiver (our schedule meant we worked with several) in order to further & better understand our needs; 3) respond appropriately when one caregiver did not meet the standard they promised; and 4) maintain close contact even after we were well established with two caregivers.
