They provide full-service, private duty caregiving assistance to seniors in their home, retirement community, nursing facility, or hospital. All caregivers are licensed, bonded, insured, and have an employee benefits package. CHC's services are completely customizable, with as-needed caregiving options ranging from come-and-go shifts to 24-hour, live-in care, all managed by nurses. The manager and aides at CHC are professional and offer loving care. They show great flexibility in coverage to minimize the number of different caregivers. CHC has been a great partner and resource, with the owner's involvement and communication highly appreciated. The Nurse Supervisors are great to work with, and CHC is an agency that is highly recommended.
My caregiver Sheena was very engaging, organized and attending. Nurse Marina always listened to my needs and helped to find the best people to help me.
Our family used CHC for relatively short time before our mother passed away. They were great - responsive and caring. Katya in particular was amazingly helpful, both in arranging for care and for setting us up with a wonderful hospice care provider.
