Jim and his helper arrived on time to replace the corroded cast iron pipe in our house. The project was a little bit more complicated due to the pipe placement. His experience enabled him to think outside the box for a suitable solution to the problem. We are happy with the work done. I had a huge list of repairs, (I needed a replaced trap, a new water heater, replaced washer valves, the clodded shower drain and humidifier drain rodded, shower heads replaced) and Jim fixed them all. He also replaced a valve (out of code) on my humidifier that my heating contractor had put in. He answered all my questions, was on time and overall a really nice person.
