Agnieszka is truly an expert in her field! She has always been able to help me restore my muscle function and combat aches and pains. She targets the root cause and spends a great amount of time on educating how to maintain full function with home stretching exercises. Highly recommend!

I went to a couple places before I came here with no luck. After a couple visits I was pain free! This is the only place that cares and takes her time to get you feeling correct. I hands down recommend Back2Life without a doubt. 11/10!!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Agnieszka Adamczyk. I suffer from chronic lower back pain due to two herniated disks. She was able to get me back into proper alignment through hands on exercises. Her therapy doesn’t stop at the office, she assigned maintenance exercises and took the time to check in on me for months to follow. Very thankful and continue to recommend her with confidence.

Dr. Agnieszka Adamczyk is a Physical Therapist with over 10 years of patient care experience in outpatient orthopedic setting. She has a Doctorate in Physical Therapy as well as higher level of training as a Fellow in Manual Orthopedic Physical Therapy. She is also certified in Pilates through Pilates Method Alliance. Dr. Agnieszka Adamczyk seems patients with variety of diagnoses from sport injuries, car accidents or post orthopedic surgeries. She often sees patients with either acute or chronic injuries such as Neck, Back, Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist, Hip, Knee, Ankle of Foot pain. She uses joint mobilization/manipulations as well as variety of manual techniques to treat joint dysfunctions and improve mobility and decrease pain.
