Stephanie and Angel are the best !!! Never in my life have I experienced such excellent customer service! I felt like I was right at my home in Texas! (Moved up to IL back in 08’)Great hospitality!! Will be returning again with my wife and kids to get glasses for everyone !!!!
Good experience getting visual exam done with Dr. Le at a very affordable price. They were not pushy at all with trying to get me to purchase eyeglasses right then and there. Very satisfied.
The vision center was so kind to help me with an issue with my father in law’s glasses. Tyler was helpful and followed through. I was able to help my FIL because Tyler helped me. You rarely find such great customer service these days.
