I travel from Batavia to this location because it is so professional and the staff are prepared! I have never had to wait for insurance confirmation, it is already done. They send a text reminding me of the appt. They’re helpful. It is clean and organized. Worth the drive.
Dr. Le provided an excellent analysis of my overall eye health and the staff was able to verify my insurance and run the appropriate eye tests on their equipment. Dr. Le also provided me with 5 pair of sample daily wear contacts and an updated prescription.
First time coming here and will definitely be back. Everyone was very polite/professional. Environment was very calm and welcoming. Dr. Ryan very thoroughly explains everything. And prices (without insurance) were definitely reasonable.
