I havent been to an America's Best location in 7 years after some truly awful experiences. I gave this location a chance and was blown away with the level of care and customer service i experienced. Everyone from the receptionist, the doctor, the techs, and especially Gina the manager went above and beyond to renew my faith in this company with an incredible experience today. 🙌 💯 BEST Americas Best location ive ever been too. Had my eye appointment today and I absolutely love this store! Eye doctor is amazing he is fast and answered and explained everything! Quick service today from the start! Been going here for a couple of years and will continue too! Great service from start to finish ❤
This is one of the few places where they STILL have the 3 year exam club. I come from another place in Chicago and told me that club option was no longer available. Today I had an appointment at a certain time and they took me in early. Everything was quick and Azra was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. Very helpful. 10/10
