Have been using americas best for a while now. My girlfriend had an appointment at 10 am on a Saturday. We mistakenly thought it was at 9am so that’s when we showed up. Even with our silly mistake they were able to fit her in early. I also wanted to see if I could get a new pair of glasses (keep in mind I didn’t have an appointment). They notified me my prescription expired two days prior and I need an exam in order to get new glasses and contacts. We scheduled an appointment for 3:40 that same day. This was the best eye doctor experience! I had a negative experience at a different AB location so I was nervous to go back to the company but the entire staff and doctor were incredible, friendly and patient while I battled what frames I liked most!! 10/10 recommend 😊
Everyone was super friendly and very helpful. Rajini at the front desk is awesome. Khadijah guided me through my first pair of progressive lenses and Gina helped me get the glasses sized appropriately. Great job everyone!
