My kids and I are customers of the oswego location. The team is always professional and helpful, but I would like to give a shout out to Sarah!! Literally every encounter with her has been awesome! She was sooo patient helping my daughter learn to put in contacts and delivers 5 stars everytime she helps me.

Anna Marie & Joann are complete Awesome-Sauce!! They went above and beyond to get me situated. Dr Wallace was really great too! The staff is very patient and kind.For the reviews saying they have an "attitude", let me say, if you go into an establishment with an attitude you're likely to receive one back.Just saying ??‍♀️

I had a very nice experience visiting this location. The doctor was very knowlable and easy going through the exam. I felt very confortable with the whole process. He made me feel part of the exame by asking me questions at the begenning. I will go back and see him again!
