“My house had developed a bad smell and we had a feeling it may be a plumbing issue under the house. Roto-Rooter scheduled us at our convenience. Ervis, the Service Technician, was kind, informative, and worked very hard to find and correct the problem. He showed us pictures and video to explain what was going on before starting any work. We are very pleased with the results and with the transparency and professionalism with which everything was handled. We will definitely call Roto-Rooter if we need help in the future.“
