“I love love love your staff! My dog was in a bad fight when he was a puppy and as a result he doesn’t get along with other dogs so it’s very stressful taking him to get his shots every year. I call when I arrive and tell them about Jax and they greet me at the door and escort me through the store along the sides where there are no other doggies. “High praise for this Pets Hotel. First, the good, these are dog people! They love the animals like they are their own even if they are only staying one day. I always get extra perks and love receiving the photos of my dog receiving private story time. Also, one play session, my dog had a seizure and I sincerely appreciated the care and attention the staff showed our dog and us. They are trustworthy and good! My one critique is that sometimes PetSmart fills the hotel to capacity and when they are heavily busy or understaffed, my dog has not received the perks I scheduled. But I’m not charged when that happens, just a little disappointed that my dog didn’t have a premium experience. But all in all, I feel confident taking my dog here and I am happy that this service is available.“

“We are currently attending an obedience class for puppies here. Both my husband & I are thrilled with both instructors! They are superb teachers, kind, patient, & extremely helpful! You can tell that they respect & love dogs. We drive over an hour to get there during rush hour. To us it's worth it. Plus it's reasonably prized. We plan on continuing attending for the next set of classes. We are grateful for the instructors sharing their knowledge & information. We highly recommend this place!“
