The staff is caring and attentive, from the administrative and clerical staff to the professional and clinical staff. They help to make the time in therapy a pleasant and upbeat experience with the acknowledgement that you are always under their watchful eyes. Kudos to all of the staff - But especially to Anthony and Brianna (who are awesome) and Karen, Kristin, and Allison.

The Illinois Back Institute (IBI) is absolutely The Best. I've been to other places for therapy yet none compares to the Quality, Standards and Optimal outcomes of the IBI. The entire staff at the Orland Park location from the Front desk, Therapist, Doctor and all others are focused on each clients success and they do it with care, compassion and friendliness.
