“Dr. Austin Schroeder is an amazing chiropractor! Especially if you have BCBS insurance, please check him out! I came back in 2020 after a major car accident, and felt better pretty quick. I started coming back in February or March of 2026 as I had major shoulder/back pains from stress. Not only does he do some adjustments, but he also does some exercises so that you're training your muscles so you don't continue to keep hurting. I'm still going even though I feeling much better so that I can continue to stay aligned as I start feeling it if I skip because my schedule gets crazy. “I can’t say enough good things about Back in Action. I pulled a muscle in my back so badly that even taking a deep breath was painful. I tried everything—muscle relaxers, Tylenol, Motrin, even stronger pain meds—and nothing touched the pain. I was miserable.

“I have never been to a chiropractor prior to Dr. Ondras. I was diagnosed with a severe bulging C6 -C7 disc in my neck. I visited several doctors and surgeons and received multiple opinions, including epidural pain shots and neck fusion surgery. I was recommended to Dr. Ondras from a massage therapist who convinced me to get one more opinion. Dr. Ondras looked at my MRI and confidently told me that he could fix me, but it would take some time and dedication of work from me.
