I have always received excellent service and treatment here. However, I find it strange given the recent lawsuit, Smith v. Loyola University Medical Center (Case No. 1:23-cv-15828) where LUMC was found liable for improperly installing tracking technologies on its portal app and website (MyLoyola/MyChart) sharing private personal patient information and health data with third parties without consent, that this practice has not addressed this issue and continues to push patients, almost to the point of harassment, to share their personal information and health data on this portal. Isn't this a HIPAA violation that should be addressed?

I am not sure why there are all of the negative reviews. I have had nothing but positive experiences. I can get in quickly if I need to. I don't wait for more than 10 minutes for my scheduled appointments. They have taken care of all my prescriptions and changes to them. Highly recommend this location.

Had a beautiful experience with Dr. A Hiltunen she is wonderful you can tell she cares a lot, she took her time going over things and she makes you feel heard and comfortable. Iam so happy I found her !
