Based on the reviews, Oak Street Health Belmont Cragin Primary Care Clinic has extremely friendly and very knowledgeable staff, from the receptionists to the medical staff. Patients are very satisfied with the service, as the doctors are very nice and help them understand what they are going through. The experience is great, with patients always getting a call back and being seen asap if needed. Everyone is professional and friendly. The only negative thing was a ride pickup arriving in a low rider car, which was very difficult for a 70-year-old woman with a cane to get in or out of.
