“Galina is extremely knowledgeable in her craft and a talented individual. She took the time to do a strand test because of my particular situation just to see if everything will turn out okay. She worked tirelessly and obsessively until she reached the exact result I wanted. She never tried to convince me to do anything else that's "easier" and kept in mind my specific goals (very little "lived in" shadow at the roots and one uniform color all throughout the head.) I was constantly impressed with her skills. She explained patiently, everything that has to be done to take care of my new hair (I've never been this blonde before). 12 hours later (because of my particular situation) and the price was MORE than fair. When she cuts my hair, she takes into consideration the shape of my head, how my hair lies, and the condition of my hair, and addresses anything that needs to be changed, like the hair products I am using. My hair used to be brittle and she has transformed my hair to a soft mane of hair. Before I started with Kristina, my hair was falling out. I was trying minoxidil to reverse it, but it was getting worse. She suggested that I discontinue using it, and offered suggestions on products that could restore my hair. Now my hair is much more healthy, shiny and soft. The glaze she uses on my hair makes my hair feel like fine silk.As for Kristina herself, she is a very kind, respectful person.
