They responded very quickly to our request and was quick and efficient in their assessment of our issue. Their customer service was great and the technician was friendly and helpful and happily answered my questions. They got my 11 year old unit back up and running the same day. We were pleased with this company.

Excalibur Heating & Cooling responded quickly when my AC stopped working. The technician was at my home within a few hours of my call. He was very professional and provided me with several options for repair. Due to the age of my HVAC system, I chose to replace both my AC and furnace. They installed a new system the very next day. Highly recommend!

I messaged Excalibur Heating & Cooling on a Saturday and they set me up with a Monday am appointment to replace our water heater. They showed up on time and were friendly and respectful. The job was done quickly and efficiently. I will call on them again!
