I have been coming to Dr. Nate for over 10 months now. My first day I was looking for a quick fix to pain I didn't even understand. During the consultation I admitted I was skeptical about Chiropractics but I was willing to try anything after years of pain. Dr. Nate listened to everything I shared about my hopes and goals but also my doubts and concerns. It felt like he wanted me to ask questions and he wanted to give me the answers. He told me straight out he fully believed he could help me but that it wasn't going to be a series of band-aid adjustments to mask the pain or target easy relief. No Dr. Nate made it clear that his focus was on total health. We created a plan to target the source of the problem but first we had to build back up the foundation of my body riddled with stress and years of bad habits on top of the issues that brought me to his door in the first place. He explained everything until he was sure it made sense to me. There was never any high pressure medical talk. He had no problem taking as much time as I needed.

Ill never forget when Dr. Nate told me that if I was looking for a Doctor that would keep me happy with basic adjustments to fight my end of the line symptoms he fully understood and would even give me a referral but in that case he didn't think he could take me on as a patient. In this world of a million options for care I was amazed at that level of honesty and genuine interest in my needs. Dr. Nate has built his practice behind personalized care and genuine relationships with his all his patients. The good doctor provides specific 'workouts' to help your body improve itself. He has a huge pool of knowledge that will get you back in the gym pain free in no time. “Due to ongoing chemo infusions and daily pills, I developed Type 2 diabetes which led to severe neuropathy of the feet. Dr Horn listened carefully, performed a complete sensation test of my feet and hands confirming the problem. At that point, I was taking 4 prescription meds a day. After the first month of in office treatments, the pain and stinging subsided, and by the end of the treatment program I was med and symptom free. Based on my ongoing Chemo treatments, Dr Horn advised ongoing at home treatments which have been excellent. I continue to be essentially pain free and couldn't be happier. “I took my daughter to Evolve after she was diagnosed with torticollis at 2 months old. From birth, my daughter had been only looking to her right and would only sleep on her right side, which caused the right side of her head to become flat. She was also showing signs that her neck was bothering her and that she was experiencing discomfort. Dr. Delphine came up with an adjustment plan to correct my daughter's torticollis as well as help reshape her head without a helmet. Dr. Delphine explained that a helmet would help correct the shape of my daughter's head, but it would not help correct the root cause that was making her neck tight and causing her discomfort. She also gave me many tips to do at home to help her. A few weeks after Dr. Delphine began working with my daughter, she already was showing significant improvement with how she could move her neck, and now at 5 months, she sits up straight and easily turns her head in both directions. Her head is now also perfectly symmetrical, without ever having to use a helmet. I am very impressed with the results that Dr. Delphine helped us achieve, and I highly recommend her. I am so happy she was able to help heal my daughter so that this did not cause her issues later in life.“
