I walked into Dr Karl and Dr Maryam’s practice 8 months ago with severe lower back pain which was impeding my quality of life. I could not walk/ stand more than 5 minutes and had shooting pain down my right leg. MRI confirmed L2,3,4 herniated disks and other degenerative observation. After the 4 month of regular treatment I was back to walking ~30 mins and started going back to gym (strengthening and stretching). I’m happy to say today that 99% of pain and discomfort is gone and rarely even think about lower back pain. Im back to doing 10k steps a day and lifting weights (including dead lifts!) Dr Karl is empathetic, interested, patient, understanding, caring, and wants to help figure out your overall health and goals.He uses a Technique called BEST to help your Nervous System resolve structural challenges, without too much extra or excessive, unnecessary force.This is valuable for my Hiatal Hernia symptoms (whereas other Chiropractors have done soft-tissue Stomach adjustments instead, which can be a bit uncomfortable/forceful at times).Karl, doing BEST, gets the same job done, but more gently to my vulnerable tissues/problems.
