The hospital gave us a list of places to call that could help but to no avail, a friend told us to call Cumberland Chapels, we did and to my amazement they handled everything at zero cost. They were very professional and sympathetic. We are so grateful for their services.“

Photo albums, cards, pictures in frames and a few items were displayed well and accessible around the room. The flowers were better than expected. My mom looked good and was dressed as she was in life, right down to the perfume provided. The banquet-hall style room suited my father so much more than a traditional space, and the catering area, and overflow spaces gave our family room to gather comfortably. A beautiful slideshow, table for family photos and artifacts, and a Bluetooth speaker for my dad’s favorite songs turned the atmosphere into more of a celebration of life than a somber occasion.

The team’s attention to detail was amazing, from providing wheelchairs and walkers when needed, to coordinating everything seamlessly on the day of. The building itself is lovely, with ample parking, so it was very easy for our guests.

Most of all, Phillip’s professionalism and kindness stood out, even as he took my family’s offbeat humor in stride during such a difficult time.
