Master Psi typically teaches and has a great way of leading class, creating a positive and encouraging environment for all the kids of different age groups. Master Psi is impressive, and instills respect, integrity, and discipline. He is kind, patient, and truly great with kids and can run an entire class effectively bu himself. As I would observe him in practice, many parents would do the same and speak so highly of his techniques, and also mention the positive influence this place has had on their kids - many growing in confidence and discipline. My son was 5 when he started, the youngest of the bunch, and did 3 months of classes. By the second week, he was learning how to do foot maneuvers to take down someone. We moved this summer, and he still misses the class and all his friends there! Truly a great program for all age groups. “We found Flying V Martial Arts one winter break by doing an online search, looking for a place that could help our 3 year old with focus and discipline. Though shy during her trial session, our daughter quickly warmed up to her weekly lessons. We began seeing changes with her discipline. She was motivated to get as many good weekly progress reports as she could. In class she was loud, proud, and strong. She is now 7 years old and just got her blue belt. “What a great place for the kids and adults to stay healthy and to learn discipline. My son and I both have been training here for over three years now and it is one of the best decisions I've made. At school all the teachers rave about how respectful my son is and how he is always helping other kids and trying to be a good role model. “I’ve been attending classes weekly for the last two years now. I’ve enjoyed the master/instructor. He’s respectful, patient, and kind.

Classes have helped me with my overall fitness and cardio conditioning. I can feel myself getting more flexible and can see the visible progress of my forms and techniques.

I really appreciate the class schedule/format that allows me the flexibility to attend around other time commitments. I have a busy schedule, so it’s been comforting to know that if I miss a day, I can just show up on another weekday that works better for me.

The class sizes vary each night due to that flexibility. However, whether you train solo or with a group, the instructor/master keeps it professional and a good workout.
